Precision Tooling Services holds the aerospace accreditation AS910D:2016 – this accreditation allows us to provide a maintenance and manufacturing service for major aerospace companies. Our location within the Prestwick Aerospace Park maximizes our ability to work in close conjunction with various customers also based here, but also within the whole of the UK and internationally.

Precision Tooling Services provide customers with a variety of top side and sub-sea components complete with full traceability and certification.

Manufactured from materials sourced and supplied via oil & gas industry approved vendors, we provide the option to manufacture from investment castings by our local sister company followed by our final precision machining here at PTS.

We work across the range of low, medium and high volume quantities to meet and support your requirement in a full range of oil patch material grades.

We specialise in the supply of bespoke performance critical components manufactured to the extremely demanding designs and specifications required for nuclear environments - components that can be found in the most arduous of service environments where excellence, accuracy and reliability are essential.

PTS have the expertise to manufacture in a wide range of materials including carbon, alloy, nickel, super duplex and stainless grades. We also manufacture from a range of non-ferrous grades including brass, copper, cupro-nickel, aluminium, phosphor bronze and aluminium bronze. Our materials are manufactured and supplied in accordance with national and international industry standards, sourced from customer and industry approved vendors.
